In the department dedicated to thermoplastic materials, the injection presses, all equipped with robot manipulators and systems for gas-assisted molding, are capable of molding components from very few grams up to 5 kg in weight. The tonnage of the presses is distributed up to 800 tons. in order to satisfy every type of production need in the most appropriate way. The moulding department is also assisted by an automatic material storage and dehumidification system Motan with automatic distribution and loading to all presses. We transform all the main thermoplastics, with particular predisposition and proven experience for highly technical and performing materials also with a view to metal replacement.
